Australia

We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders.

Orders are dispatched from Australia and are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery times

Standard delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery network. As a general guide:

• NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT: approximately 2–4 business days
• SA, WA, TAS and NT: approximately 4–8 business days
• Regional and remote areas: delivery may take longer

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, public holidays and peak periods.

Delayed or missing orders

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at Info@sipandwag.com.au and we'll help you locate your order.

If your parcel is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and with household members or neighbours before contacting us.

Incorrect delivery details

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We may not be able to change an address once an order has been dispatched.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only.

We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
